How we will do this:
“Each child is born with a heart of pure love and joy. However, layers of pain, family conditioning, disappointment, fear and heartbreak form barriers against the daily experiences of love and self-love.” This quote is from Layla Martin, my tantric teacher. And to this I would add “disappointment, fear, religious upbringing, “and heartbreak…”
When we work together, we release these layers, issues, blocks or barriers if you will. We begin where you are and move forward from there. Once an issue, block or barrier is removed, we move forward to the next issue that presents itself: shame, guilt, anger, hurt…. As you begin releasing these issues/barriers that you have place within yourself, and between others, the world and even God, you begin to return to the sweetness, innocence, joy and love/loving of who you really are!
You begin to connect to the child within, the teenager, young adult and yourself today in a new softer, kinder and compassionate way. Your life will shift into honoring all aspects of who you are! Your self-love will grow stronger, your inner knowing will expand, and you will begin or continue to connect deeper to the inner realms of loving - God’s Love, Light and Sound. This journey isn’t for the faint of heart. This journey is for those who are ready to be brave and change. This coaching opportunity can be catalyst for growth if you so choose it to be. It is a chance to take responsibly for your whole life, all of it, from a loving, accepting and grateful attitude. Knowing that all is well, life is for you and perfect just as it! And this could be one of the greatest gifts you ever give yourself!

You might be thinking why do I even need to work with a coach. As Albert Einstein said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” Most spiritual or life coaches have the ability to look at issues differently, from a higher level of awareness. We are not attached to the outcome like you are. We can guide you to look deeper into issues, exploring when and why this issue or pattern began. Most issues have a story to share with you about how and why they exist. This exploration is gentler, more loving and compassionate with a coach.
A little bit more about me: I was born into a big and beautiful Italian Catholic family. As a child I loved attending church with my family, singing hymns to God with the choir and guitar band, listening to priests read from the Bible and interpreting these words…. As I began to expand in consciousness, through my education at the University of Santa Monica and in my travels, I was aware that there was so much more to learn about God, Loving, Truth, Awakening into the Higher Realms of Consciousness... And I began searching for other religious organizations that called to and opened my heart. In Rockford, Illinois, I didn’t find anything to replace what I was already experiencing in the Catholic Church I was attending.
When I moved to the city of Chicago, I began attending Unity of Chicago. I loved this place: the minister, the music, the congregation and the way this organization worked. And yet, I still needed to move forward with my life.
So, I chose to move to Southern California. Once I was settled in, I attended a Unity Church there. This was lovely and it was a different experience than what I had in Chicago and I continued my search. I attended Agape and I loved Reverend Michael Beckwith and Reverend Rickie Beckwith. They moved me with their words, the music and this incredible experience of loving. Then I was guided to explore MSIA: The Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness. This has been my home for several years now. I love reading, listening to and exploring other spiritual teachers and time and time again, I find my home, my heart, in this movement. (As you move through these pages, you will see my journey, my evolution, in consciousness and my coaching practice. I chose to keep these pages up, rather then replace them for the simple reason that we all grow and evolve. While I still offer the following coaching options, my foundation is Spiritual Coaching.)
